In this assignment, you will conduct a SWOT analysis on a healthcare organization. If possible, it will be more beneficial to use an organization with which you are familiar or where you are currently employed. If you are unable to obtain the necessary permissions, you may use the Internet and Saudi Digital Library to identify an organization to complete this assignment.
Analyze the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in terms of the financial concepts of this course such as revenue payment methods, financial risk, debt, equity, capital acquisition, financial forecasting, and the revenue cycle. You are to also discuss the financial plan and the financial control system of the organization. Be sure to analyze competitors, demographics, Ministry of Health initiatives, and anything else you believe is relevant.
Your paper should meet the following structural requirements:
· The paper should be 5-6 pages in length, not including the cover sheet and reference page.
· Include any financial statements, graphs, and charts used in your analysis as appendices at the end of your paper.
· Format the paper according to APA and Saudi Electronic University writing standards.
· Include a SWOT analysis diagram showing your findings in each quadrant of the diagram. This SWOT analysis diagram should be included in the appendix section of your paper.
· Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of six scholarly articles.
· Three of these sources may be from the class readings and the textbook, but three must be external and come from peer-reviewed journals.
· The Saudi Digital Library is a good place to find these references.
