You are an organizational consultant working with Industro-Blade, a privately-owned manufacturing firm with 400+ employees. About 60% of the employees run or maintain machinery, the other 40% are floor supervisors, salespeople, customer service staff, and administrative staff (HR, accounting, purchasing, distribution).

The owners, Mr. & Mrs. Sharpe have asked you to propose a “Preventive Stress Management Program” to help support their employees and minimize distress.
