Read Case 37.1 (page 725) and answer the question “What if the Facts Were Different?”
Read Case 38.2 (page 744) and answer the questions “What if the Facts Were Different?” and “The Legal Environment Dimension”
Type your answers in a Word document. Submit your assignment via the Assignment Box no later than Sunday 11:59 PM EST/EDT. (This Assignment Box maybe linked to Turnitin.)
