Are there any tools that your leadership require you to use that actually hinders effectiveness? Use at personal situations that best describe the advantages and disadvantages of “tools”.

Chapter 3 / 4. A group meeting sometimes is suggested as a useful compromise between interviews and questionnaires. In such a group meeting one systems analyst meets with and asks questions of a number of users at one time. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of such a group meeting. Identify a time when this method would work and a time when you should use individual reviews instead of a group review. Use personal situations. Indicate how you would make the scenario better. Identify scenarios where the meeting was not productive.
