There are a total of 36 essay questions that consist of two or three questions for each set of ages. Each set must be completed in the week that corresponds with the age and weekly chapters. Students may continue at their own pace if they wish to proceed beyond the weekly deadlines; however, the start date is in Week 2, and the deadline for each set of ages corresponds to the weekly chapters and stages of development. Each set of ages will have a deadline posted below, assignment, Syllabus, and in MyPsychLab.
Students should check due dates with instructor.
During Each Portion
You will not be able to move forward without completing the multiple choice question.
You cannot go backwards to change or add to any previous selections.
If you leave an essay question blank and move forward, that question remains unanswered.

Answer all questions for each age-related sets of questions.
Respond to each set of essay questions in a paragraph.
Most questions do not require a lot of research. Students may go backwards by clicking on the arrow provided. This will give students the opportunity to review information provided within the simulation. Additional points may be deducted if research is used and students do not provide citations according to APA guidelines. Students are strongly encouraged to use only the textbook if they are using research when responding to any essay questions.
Additional points may be deducted for errors in spelling, grammar, tense, or sentence structure.

Adolescence: 12 to 18 years old (4 sets of essay questions, three in each age group, with the exception of 18 years, which has 2 questions worth 4 points and one final bonus question worth 10 points)
