ITP-4 – Project Resources & Costs Full details and grading criteria for this assignment are in the ITP Master Document. The purpose of this Team project is to develop add costs and resources your project. This includes assigning human (labor) resources (i.e., people, supplies, materiel, facilities, equipment, etc.) to each of the work tasks of your project in order to accomplish them. Who will do the work of the task and what will be needed to complete the task? If you are the task manager, what will you want to have in place as you begin working on the task? The Resources part of this assignment should be completed first before the cost portion.. Resources provide the basis for the cost. Note: Your instructor may choose either to assign the development of an itemized project budget spreadsheet as a separate homework assignment, or to require you to enter the resource costs into MS Project as part of this ITP-4 project. If complete resource costs are entered, then MS Project will automatically roll up and calculate the project budget. Your student project team will together collaboratively enter resources of all types for the project tasks, and at your instructor’s option, will also enter their costs. (Resources and costs should be entered for all work tasks. However, unlike in previous ITP deliverables, you may also enter costs and resources for higher level summary tasks, if you choose.) Only one person on the team should submit the assignment by clicking on the blue ITP-4 Project Resources & Cost (above).
