They have agreed that it is time to begin the process of moving from the discussion to the action stage of the planning process.For this assignment, complete the following: Using the PRECEDE-PROCEED model, identify the predisposing, reinforcing, and enabling factors associated with the behavioral determinant of adolescent pregnancy that you have previously discussed. Using the template provided, prepare a PowerPoint presentation to share with the task force. On the last slide, list three questions for the task force that will help you to address Phase 5: The Administrative Diagnosis. our final product will be a MS PowerPoint presentation of approximately 4–6 slides (including detailed speaker’s notes).
