Propose a change or group of related changes you most want to s

Propose a change or group of related changes you most want to see implemented at your BOI(IKEA). Use the proposal to ‘sell’ this change to the executive who will need to approve it.For an example of what is expected regarding the final proposal, review the Case Study (Attachment) from this week’s lecture. Use the template provided here to structure your submission: MGMT-220_Project_FinalProposal_Template.docxStudents must select a business of interest (BOI) to study and explore throughout this course. The BOI chosen should be one in which the student has intimate knowledge of and/or unfettered access to. It could be the student’s own employer, a spouse’s or friend’s work or a hobby business. A good guideline to use is that one must be close enough to the business to actually see the hardware. Additionally, students must select a BOI that the student is comfortable sharing with the instructor. If there are any privacy or non-disclosure issues that stand in the way, the student is best served by selecting an alternate BOI. Note: The BOI can be a smaller unit of a business, like a separate division; it does not have to be the entire business entity.Weekly, students will explore and consider areas of an IS that may be perfected, modified, removed or added. In this manner, students will explore the course materials and match those materials against their BOI. For example, Week 2 explores how IT can be used to establish a competitive advantage. During this Week 2, students will identify ways their BOI can leverage IT in order to establish a competitive advantage in the marketplace. In Week 4, students explore how current business processes are utilized and how they might change or be manipulated for greater advantage. In the final week of the course, students will review their work and select one change or group of related changes they have explored that will be of most benefit to their BOI. The final project will take the form of a short proposal in support of the change(s) identified. The proposal is expected to incorporate the instructor’s comments and suggestions provided through the weekly homework assignments. Here is an outline of the final project. Note that sections that are not mandatory and that do not support your final proposal will be removed from the final proposal.
