Switching Gears: Enterprise Information Management & Virtual Workflow Process Mapping & RedesignThe owner and chief executive officer (CEO) of “Just-In-Time Staffing” a mid-size healthcare staffing agency has decided to restructure the company to expand the ability to meet the staffing needs of today’s HIM department that is virtual and of the enterprise information management (EIM) landscapes at the start of the next fiscal year. (beginning step) Where does it end?
