Of course you’ll be making up stuff to include, sense you don’t have 20 years of healthcare experience, or a Master’s, etc. But use this exercise to get a sense for what these positions require and really picture yourself in the position of someone who is qualified enough to apply to a position like this. Familiarize yourself with the language they use, the preferred requirements, etc. so you know what to expect and how to prepare. I would recommend looking through each one in detail (especially the minimum/preferred requirements) before you pick one! Make sure it is clear in your cover letter which position you’ve selected. Your cover letter cannot be vague or generic. It must be tailored to the job you pick based on the provided job description below.
