How did i leverage knowledge gained in the intellipath assignment (unit1-4) in comprehensive project? How will these competencies and knowledge support my career advancement in management? A1.  I think that i learned how to manage the time, i mean time management skills. The leadership is very important in business, as student in MBA , i learned the  old and new theories of leadership, and i will have the time after graduation to putt in practice what i have learned in this course. Going through all different discussions and intellipath from unit 1 – 4, in writing the final project, i got a good experience in having many skills, abilities and competencies in my self, i mean  self confidence in leadership. I had chance to know all leadership styles and models, and know which one is needed as helpful in every organization`s situation, and know what to do in case the organization need change or improvement. I have got the different power and sources of power influence, and importance of using each other in organization. I received also how to manage people in maintaining relationship with employees in purpose to achieve the objectives in effective leadership.By completing the comprehensive project, after writing the discussions and reading others from my classmates, practices with intellipath, reading learning materials, and other research  i can say that now I am more confident that I have all package to finish my project paper and course as well. It is because of my skills, experience and competences that i got from this course. I should become a good leader in case I will find an opportunity to put in practice what i have in my knowledge. Q2.  Reflecting on the discussions, reading intellipath content and assignments in this course, what are the most important leader, follower, cultural and situational characteristics that contribute to effective leadership? why? A2. i think that an effective leader might have self confidence (narcissisme) and the desire to achieve the objectives of the organization, he might also have a good interpersonal skills where he should communicate easly with people in building relationship in Organization`s employees. Followers need to be motivated in supporting or coaching them in purpose of achieving targets assigned.Q3. What role does technology play in the efficacy and influence of leadership in the 21st century?A3.  If you see the impact of  today`s technology, it looks like the technology has an important role to the leadership, it has changed everything from old leadership where the leaders didn’t monitor what is going on in operation before the report, but with new technology the leaders could make monitoring as long as the production is going on until the end, i mean the numbers targeted to achieve. The influence of technology can bring more power , freedom and ability to communicate with every employee in company by email, outlooks, video, power point ,etc.The technology increase the efficiency where the time that are supposed to used is less than the normal time because of technology effect and benefit from the extra time where the organization should do  many other thingsReferences :1.  Learning materials2.
