Southwest Airlines employee’s efficiency and effectiveness is enhanced by the eight different training department and their University that focuses on the aspect of the development of each employee. Being a part of this organization is a tremendous opportunity because as you look at Southwest Airlines background the turnover is very low which means these employees are not as stressed and love what they are doing. If I had to improve anything as the article stated, they have extreme problem with the vendors as they already do, just keep hiring and firing until they get the right one that have the same vision and mission as Southwest Airlines.
