For the Fortune 500 or Global 500 company that you chose, analyze  selected aspects of the cost structure and key resources elements of the  Business Model Canvas to assess the operational performance of that  company. In addition to considering the strategic implications of  finance upon the company, you may find that a particular financial  statement, the statement of cash flows from the company’s annual report,  will provide insight into the ins and outs of the company’s financing.  You should attempt to answer as well as you can, based upon information  available to you, the following questions: Cost Structure.       What are the most important costs of the business model? Which resources are most expensive? Which key activities are most expensive? What is the relationship of costs to revenue? Do costs have to be paid before revenue is received? Key Financial Resources.       What key financial resources do the company’s value propositions require? Competitors.       How do the financial metrics and other financial elements of  the chosen company compare with other major competitors in the company’s  industry?
