E-Commerce MNA1821 – Dr. McChesney Case Study 3 We are well on our way to launching HBFA into the future as a global powerhouse. Your task is to continue to develop the strategies necessary to implement the global e-commerce division. This case will develop the website content. Your Challenge You have been asked to address the following issues and provide a written report to the CEO of HBFA. Your report should address, at a minimum, the following: 1. Search the Internet and find at least 3 innovative websites. List the websites and explain the innovation. Detail ways the innovation could be implemented on the HBFA website and how it would benefit the customer and the company. 2. Detail a list of pages (minimum of 10) that should be included on the HBFA website. List each page name and the purpose of the page (home page, shopping cart, history, etc). Make sure to include all the “necessary” pages as well as “creative” pages. Use your text and other websites as a guide. 3. Research companies that build e-commerce websites. Select a company and detail the following: a. What is the cost of their website building service? b. What is included? Is it a template website or is it a customized website? Explain the reasoning behind your choice. c. Is it possible to include some of the innovations you found on other websites? d. What is the cost of future upgrades to the website? 4. Research a shopping cart service and detail the following: a. What credit cards are included in the service (visa, diners club, etc) b. What is the credit card cost per transaction? c. What is the monthly/annual fee? d. Does the service process e-checks? e. Why did you choose this service over others? Guidelines The paper will be graded on accuracy, creativity, content, and spelling/grammar.  Be sure to include your approved domain name on the title page.  This written report will be presented to the CEO of HBFA. Keep in mind that the CEO is not familiar with the technical jargon or specifics of e-commerce. This report should be written in a manner that will instill confidence in your recommendations.  The paper should be well-structured and demonstrate your ability to analyze the issue as it relates to the course. The content should illustrate critical thinking skills. While there is no minimum word requirement, a one sentence answer to each question will not qualify as “critical thinking”.  The paper should be free from spelling errors and basic grammatical mistakes (including paragraph breaks).  The paper should include a title page and a reference page. Use APA 6th edition style to format the reference page.
