Submission RequirementsYour submission should contain one MS Word document that includes a concept map and an accompanying report. Details of the task You’re to produce a concept map on the following topics:What are the demands and drivers of the modern business traveller and how should an airline of your choice respond to them?The accompanying 1,500 word report should further explain your application of the concept map, whilst determining the core concepts of service operations management (MLO1) and critically appraising the characteristics and scope of the hospitality and tourism sector (MLO2). Guidance Notes A concept map is a diagram that depicts suggested relationships between concepts. It is a graphical tool that is used to organise and structure knowledge. You are to create a concept map which meets one of the above topics.Your report should then go into further detail to explain and critically appraise the relationships between these topics, whilst applying and critiquing relevant models, theories, frameworks and concepts from the discipline.Your concept map can take one of the two following formats:Example A Example B As you can see, both of the above examples show the relationships between the key concepts. Example A, uses overlapping bubbles to show which concepts relate to one and another, whilst Example B uses boxes with connecting lines to depict the relationships.It is vital that all of the relationships are shown on your concept map and then fully explained in your report. You should be using high quality research to underpin and support your report. This means referring to research from peer reviewed journals first, which can be found on Locate, which can be accessed via Moodle.
