Overview: Each student is required to write a 5 to 7 page double-spaced paper. The paper must have the following components:Purpose- The paper must include at least three topics covered in class. These topics must relate to each other and be discussed as to why they are important to human relations in business. Students will have the freedom to discuss these topics in any context they desire. (i.e. work environment, personal life, etc.) Please note- topics that have no relation to each other are not acceptable for completion of this paper. Length- Five to seven pages in length, double-spaced, with 1 inch margins. Any paper that deviates from these requirements will be penalized (this does not included the title page and the table of contents). Arial or New Times Roman (12 pt) will be the only acceptable fonts. Use headings within the report when appropriate. A table of contents page is necessary. Plan the paper carefully so as to develop an organized and non-redundant report. It should be organized and assembled as a continuous report and should not appear to be several independent segments bound together. Please cite your sources using MLA or APA Format (the Writing Center can offer assistance if you do not know how to do this).
