Describe that area in detail.if u want to check the thing that I Posted for leadership here it is Poor Leadership- Even though most of the social problems we face in our community are connected in subtle ways, I have come to discover that these problems are, to a great extent linked to the leadership of the nation, companies as well as other groups. The most significant issue we currently face is poor leadership, and this is attributed to several factors.(a) Lack of enthusiasmLeader lacking vision will fail. He/ she cannot inspire team and create product of sustainable value. The leader main job is to align the company around a clear and achievable vision. This cannot occur when blind lead the blind.(b) Bad attitude and negativity that is passed to followersLeader who lacks character or integrity will not be able to endure the test of time. No matter how intelligent or genius the person is, if they are prone in supporting unethical behavior based on current or future needs, they will in the end fall prey to their own demise. Optics over ethics will not result in succession.(c) Failure to serveLeader who lacks ‘service above self’ will not engender the trust of the people they lead. Abundance of ego, pride and arrogance are not positive leadership traits.
