Staffing and Compensation Plan This is a group assignment and I’m only responsible for question 1 which is the introduction and question 4 A description of the employee benefits offered. The company that’s been assigned is Walmart and in order to meet the word count both my questions have to be answered within 150 – 200 words and each question must contain at least 1 resource. *****Again only answer question 1 and 4 within 150 – 200 words each and include 1 resource for each question****** The responses can just be typed on a word document for me to turn in to the leader who will put the paper together. The plan should contain an introduction and conclusion that make relevant connections to the course objectives. The purpose of this assignment is to simulate the thought process that managers use when planning for staffing and compensating employees. Students are not expected to produce a detailed proposal.
