As HR Professionals struggle to keep employees safe and informed, it helps to think about what challenges organizations have had to grapple with, particularly around human resources management; what changes will be more permanent when this pandemic is over; and what can HR do to guide employees and organizational leadership through those changes.
 
INSTRUCTIONS
 
Your task is do a literature review on how companies have changed their HR practices to the challenges brought forward by COVID-19. You are required to use a variety of sources (at least six) including scholarly journal articles, practitioner journals and magazines to complete your review. Random Internet sites, blogs, class notes, and PowerPoint slides are not acceptable references.

Given the findings of the review, present HR suggestions and recommendations for managers, leaders, and HR professionals for post-COVID recovery.
