Part C:

In this final section of the paper, and in 250-500 words, your concluding reflections should answer this question:

  • Utilizing your HBR, Emotional Intelligence, and Enneagram knowledge, in what other ways will you continue to develop leader/follower social awareness and leader/follower relationship management from a psychological, emotional, and developmental perspective?
