During the development of a project change proposal, many considerations must be taken into account. These considerations may include financial, quality, and clinical information, that should be thought of. When creating a change proposal, a major hurdle can be related to the financial aspect of implementation or creation. The proposal will take potentially a large amount of labor induced costs, in addition to the cost of supplies. Many changes are welcome in healthcare because they can improve care quality and save costs (Al-Abri, 2007). This can work against the proposal if it is not within the budget.
