IT infrastructure has been an important topic, but it is hard to claim that practices have not changed significantly over the previous few years. In fact, the latest IT infrastructure charts are virtually invisible to yesterday's IT managers. The consequence of support systems like Hubspot enhances interactivity across the corporate network. However, there are more elevated demands than first-generation techniques that mostly allow one-way traffic. The development of smart systems such as chatbots is even a major obstacle for those unknown with automation and artificial intelligence (Mohammad & Lakshmisri, 2018).
