- Assess the dollar threshold reserved for small business contracts in the scenario and provide a summary of the assessment findings.
- Analyze the contract formats for government contracts to include universal and commercial formats and include which format should be used for the small business contract in the scenario provided.
- Determine the purpose of the source selection evaluation plan and provide a summary of the purpose.
- Create a ranking of criteria for evaluation plans in the scenario.
