For this assignment carefully review the rubric and the particular references that are required. You will need to explain in 2 pages the connection between evidence-based practice and the Quadruple Aim (and how these practices help achieve the Aim). Information about each of the 4 measures of patient experience, population health, costs, and worklife of healthcare providers is required.  I highly recommend using HEADINGS in your paper so there is certainty that each of these components is addressed.

Remember the paper must integrate at least 2 outside references (not posted in our course) and 3 course specific for a total of 5 references. (those posted in our course as resources) references. Use APA for a proper paper with a title page, introduction, body (with headings), conclusion, and title page with the required references. Make sure your citations appear in text.
