Summary of strengths:

I do not have many strengths for pediatrics since I rarely treated any patient in the ER. I did work for an ER that some pediatric were brought in and I had the pleasure of splinting a pediatric arm while we called rescue to transport to another facility, and I have used ECG on a pediatric patient as well. |
Opportunities for growth:

I have so much to learn and grow with this course, I do not feel confident so its like starting nursing school all over again. I am excited but very nervous at the same time. |
