In the 1960s the supreme court gave a judgment that ensured that the youth underwent through criminal justice systems just like the adults without considering the age of the parties concerned. The cases that led to the juveniles being put to the same system as the adults did not put to consideration of the competency of the juveniles to the process. The article is based on the delinquency and the children cases. The consideration also considered fairness in the admission of fairness to the juveniles. The search was based on juvenile adjudication and related articles.
