Part 1You have been assigned as a project manager for a small construction company and have been assigned your first project. The client feels they have a basic grasp on their requirements but also feels that they will know more as the project progresses.  Using your knowledge of life cycle models, identify two models that may work based on your knowledge of the project.  The scope of the project is as follows:

1. Requirement 1:  3 bedrooms
2. Requirement 2:  2.5 bathrooms
3. Requirement 3:  Pool 
4. Requirement 4:  2 patios, one patio should be enclosed

Using your experience documenting scope, outline the problem/opportunity statement you are trying to solve for, 2-3 success criteria, and any assumptions, risks, or obstacles. Part 2Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the following scope:

1. Requirement 1:  3 bedrooms
2. Requirement 2:  2.5 bathrooms
3. Requirement 3:  Pool 
4. Requirement 4:  2 patios, one patio should be enclosed

Your WBS should be based upon your chosen Life Cycle Methodology and include any deliverables. Assignment Requirements:

1. The assignment is to answer the question provided above in form.
2. Where applicable students can include diagrams if it will help provide a pictorial view of the solution.   
3. This is to be in narrative form and should be as thorough as possible.
4. Bullet points should not be used. 
5. The paper should be at least 1.5 – 2 pages in length.
6. Times New Roman 12-pt font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins
7. Utilizing at least one outside scholarly or professional source related to project management. The textbook should also be utilized.
8. Do not insert excess line spacing.
9. APA formatting and citation should be used.
