ToolKit. There are many “tools” and applications available to the user that will facilitate ones work requirements. Review your current position today. What tools do you use in your work environment? How was that function performed before the introduction of the tool? How has the tool effected your work efficiency and effectiveness. Are there any tools that your leadership require you to use that actually hinders effectiveness? Use at personal situations that best describe the advantages and disadvantages of “tools”.

Chapter 3 / 4. A group meeting sometimes is suggested as a useful compromise between interviews and questionnaires. In such a group meeting one systems analyst meets with and asks questions of a number of users at one time. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of such a group meeting. Identify a time when this method would work and a time when you should use individual reviews instead of a group review. Use personal situations. Indicate how you would make the scenario better. Identify scenarios where the meeting was not productive.
