Focus on one area of action planning listed above and its importance to event management. (ie. weather, injuries, staging, fire or alcohol liability, crowd control, etc.) Keep in mind that insurance and permits are necessary for events. Although they may be topics for planners to consider, your post should focus on planning ahead for challenges that a planning team can encounter while on-site.
