Please write 2 paragraphs. Explain how a stock (common equity share) is different from a bond (loan instrument). You only need to highlight one difference in your thread and not try to capture the totalilty of all the differences. You cannot repeat a difference somebody else pointed out already. You can correct or expand on somebody else’s point which will earn you additional points but the main points are for you to explain one thing that is different between a stock and a bond.
