1.  I disagree totally because one can only figure out his or her full potential if they put their actions into practice. Take for instance team members within an organization; it is not easy to determine who is best among many until one display his or her outstanding character. The only way a manager can tell his potential is when the organization thrives well under his management, and this is possible when such a manager comes out to demonstrate his or her leadership skills.2.  I agree because everyone can perform anywhere if you have the charisma. The energy through which you use to perform in a certain department should form the basis through which people should be graded.3.  I am in consensus with this argument because I believe that it playeda very significant role in ensuring management keeps in control of the major factors within the working environment. The only way through which an organization can maintain its labor is through keeping a good relationship.Chapter 51.  I agree with this; this is because most managers are compromised because they work under some superior cartels or stakeholder. As a result, it becomes quite challenging for managers to make an independent decision because still it will require approval from the board and that might hinder the functionality of the managers to discharge its mandate.2.  I agree with the statement although I believe it encompasses things to do with goods and services that the company produces. The general output is directly linked to the input or the investments that the company make. 3.  I disagree.
