There is also mechanism to predict thecommunity spread of the disease. The reported data was used to identify hotspots of the disease and to have severecontrol mechanisms to prevent the spread. The masks and other medical equipment supply was another problem tomost of the governments across the world. The information system based communication enabled the governmentsacross the world to procure resources to fight the pandemic. Social management was facilitated well by theseinformation systems. TheGerman machine was very powerful and it had the capacity to make 5 tonnes wheat flour a day. But he the packingof the wheat flour was a manual process and there were only 150 people to pack the wheat flour. Oman flour millshad 2kg to 25 kg packets that they sold across Oman. Due to the lack of productivity in packing they were not ableto deliver more packets in the market. The management of Oman Flour mills decided to buy a packing machine sothat they can increase the output per day. Currently in the manual process they were packing one tonne of wheat flourevery day. Now the machine which makes wheat flour was underutilized. In 2016 Oman flour mills purchased apacking machine that could pack 5 tonnes of wheat flour a day. This machine maintained clean environment standards7compared to human packing. The expiry date of the wheat flour increased by one month due to the packing machine.Earlier in the manual packing the company used to receive lot of complaints regarding the weight as it had errors.Now the newly purchased machine had precision packing that did a wonderful job. The computer controlled packingmachine helped the company to increase its profits. The customers are now more satisfied and happy about theservice.
