The change may be a merger, buyout, downsizing, expansion, new marketing strategy, culture change within the company, change in CEO, or any other type of change. The company can be local or international.Analyze the company and then in a narrated, PowerPoint presentation, with voice-over, address the following:Describe the company’s history and identify the change.Select the type of change – adaptive, innovative – or radically innovative, and explain your rationale for your selection.Describe if the change is reactive or proactive.oEx: Reactive type of change – BP’s reactive approach to the April 2010 explosion led to the loss of 11 lives and is the largest oil spill in US waters.oEx: Proactive – Walt Disney investing $1 Billion in wearable technology – wristbands that interact with scanner throughout the theme park, which it hopes will revolutionize the way visitors spend money at Walt Disney World.Explain how the change has or will impact the company (positively, negatively, or both).Conclusion – provide any recommendations or ideas that can help the company overcome the change.Requirements:Your presentation should be approximately five slides. The change impact was explained in detail and more than two recommendations or ideas were presented.2.PowerPoint Presentation – Five or more content slides were created with at least two graphics/photos to enhance and align with the content. At least two slide animations were used throughout.3.Organization – The presentation was well organized, well prepared, and easy to follow with transitions linking concepts together for a logical flow. Presentation clearly outlined introduction, body, and conclusion. At least two references were listed and with proper APA formatting.4.Excellent research into the issues with clearly documented links to class and required two or more outside references supporting the content.5.The font style, size, and formatting were consistent across all slides. Formatting of in-text citations and references must follow APA guidelines. Presentation has no spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.6.Voice was clear and easy to understand. Tone was varied and uses pauses effectively to place emphasis on important points. Avoided non-words (Um, Uh, You Know) and practiced using professional language.
