Hi, I want you to write a term paper based on a historical leader. This course name is ‘Leadership in Historical Context’. So, basically in this course we look into some of the historical leaders and how they lead their organizations, countries, and their leadership style on how they made an impact on the people. In this course professor asked us to choose one historical leader to write the term paper. I have chosen industrialist ‘Henry Ford’. So, as part of this first we have to submit an outline- topic proposal paper to the professor by this week Sunday. And then later submit a first draft of the term paper and finally submit a final term paper. Below are the instructions- Topic Proposal Paper: Students will submit a topic proposal for their term paper. The Topic Proposal is due at the end of week four (see schedule on page four for due specific due date and time).Students will be given freedom regarding the topic for the term paper so long as it details specific attention to the contextual historical role that attributed to the shaping of the leader that the student is researching.The Topic Proposal must consist of the following: Title page, Introduction section, a minimum of 5 subsections (typically these will be level 1 or 2 subheadings), a Summary section, and a Reference Page.The Topic Proposal must be written following the guidelines of the APA and dissertation handbook. Fifty (50) points total. Term Paper (First Draft): The student will write a ten-page term paper on the leadership style/approach of any historical figure.This may include politicians, business leaders, religious leaders, sports leaders, etc.In addition to the analysis of the leadership style utilized by the historical figure, students must also include the role that historical context played in shaping that individual’s leadership style.While the use of secondary sources is acceptable and encouraged, students should ground their research in primary/academic sources.The term paper must follow the dissertation handbook and APA 7th Ed guidelines.Due in Week six (6) of the course.50 Points possible. So, basically first for giving the outline of the paper you have to start reseaching on the leader Henry Ford. Find the sources for his history, past, early years, his career, his success and leadership style. After getting an idea on how you are going to write the term paper. Then, start giving an outline for the paper by following the subsections format. So, that’s it. I will be attaching you a sample file which has the format on writing the subsections in the paper. Subsections are the sub-headings in the paper called as level 1, level 2 headings. You will get an ideal once you look into the sample file. & Remember the most important thing the term paper should follow APA 7th edition. And 10 pages length should be excluding first page & references. Final Note: Finally, First I want the Outline- Topic proposal paper by this Sunday May 23rd.
