Job duties•Maintening Workday HCM for varied HR modules like Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management and Time tracking.•Primary duties include developing Core Connectors, Integrations using EIB and Studio integrations to make Custom Reports for varied functional areas and to integrate with third party systems.•Mentoring and mentoring offshore team.•Developing advanced custom reports and thorough understanding of Workday data sources and business objects.•Enhance existing Workday modules by automating current processes, Gather requirements, designing, building, testing and building Workday Inbound and Outbound Integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, PICOF, Web Services and Workday Studio.•Developing Advanced Custom Reports, BIRT, Matrix Reports and Calculated fields Configuration and building Workday Integrations•Document transformations utilizing XSLT and XTT. Analyze stakeholder requirements to identify gaps and provide solutions•Day to day support of Workday Integrations, HCM and reporting problems.•Work on Annual Enrolment Integrations which load a large volume of Payroll data form Conduent(Xerox) which run annually along with biweekly and worked on redesign of these integrations and develop integrations with more efficient using on upgraded Web services which improved performance (Ex:20hours of integration runtime (including split files) to two and a half hours).•Using Oxygen XML Editor in the development of Integration systems.
