Ahmad works in a game development company named as GamePro where he has signed an agreement not to disclose company’s “policies and procedures” to any other employer even after the quitting his job from GamePro. Few months later, Ahmad finds a new job in another company GamingLegends and he joins this company on a high position of a software manager. During his time at GamingLegends, Ahmad realizes that a few updates that he performed at GamePro would benefit the people working under him therefore, Ahmad provides some performance targets to his team and provide them with some open-source information which might also relate to his previous employer ‘GamePro.’ Evaluate the actions of Ahmad on the basis of Kantian (1st formulation) and Social Contract Theory. Also, specify if Ahmad’s actions are right or wrong by providing the conclusion for each evaluation.
