One cause for being tired is due to workdemands. Some jobs demand a lot from their workers. For example, my mothersjob demands a lot from her. Not only does she have to complete her job duties,but she may have to complete others job duties too. Thus, work demands cancause tiredness.
Moreover, another cause for beingtired is due to not eating breakfast. It is recommended to eat a good, strongbreakfast; however, some people do not eat one, and this can cause them tobecome tired. For example, if I do not eat a good breakfast, I can become verytired. Therefore, not eating breakfast could cause someone to become tired.
