PowerPoint: Assessment
- Your PowerPoint Presentation should have a Title Page, a General Description of the Company, The Company Vision, The Types of Projects the Company pursues, The Organizational Needs Determination, etc.

Word Document: PMO Charter
- In a Word document, create a PMO Charter using the Checklists in Appendix A (see pages 655-656) of Gerard Hill’s book. Make sure you are writing in a paragraph format even though the template given in the book is in a table format. Charters are not tables. Make sure you are creating a PMO Charter and not a project charter!
