For this assignment you will write a 2-page paper and reflect on your understanding of your personality type (based on your MMDI profile), with an emphasis on how it relates to various leadership and management styles. Identify your strengths and compare these to leadership and management styles. How can your leadership style contribute or detract from your success as a leader? How does your MMDI profile relate to your goals, and to the mission and vision of various types of Higher Education institutions? What type of institution do you feel is the best fit for you and why?

• Personality type — This is a heading. Identify your MMDI profile results and describe how your MMDI profile relates to your leadership and management styles. Reflect on whether you think you are more suited for leadership or management and why? This section of the paper is approximately two paragraphs in length.
• Goals and Institutional Fit — This is a heading. For this section of the paper, consider the ways your MMDI profile relates to your professional goals and to the mission and vision of various types of higher education institutions. What are your strengths and how does this relate to your intended leadership or management roles? What type of institution do you feel is the best fit for you and why? This section of the paper is approximately two paragraphs in length.
• Conclusion — This is a heading. The conclusion must summarize the most salient points and reiterate the purpose of the paper.
