DB 8.1

Find a company online that you think does a poor job with relationship marketing. In what ways and with what tools would you use to help them become better at relationship marketing.

Also,

With the technology constantly changing the tools Marketers have, I thought it would be great to end with a discussion based on what could be changing in the field.

Check out the following and find your own to comment on. We did touch on viral videos but you could add more comments on how effective they need to be because Video is a must have marketing tool now.
