After having reviewed the assigned material, reflect back on :

1. What you understood about how the workplace as we know it is going to change and evolve in this post pandemic world.  When reflecting back, make sure to discuss  

a) What are the factors impacting this shift  

b) What are the implications of this shift for the employees, employers, and HR professionals. What might need to be done (think best practices) to make sure that both the goals and needs of employees and organizations are met. Make sure to elaborate and critically analyze, rather than simply summarizing the information.
