You are required to design the following: A script of a typical debt collection conversation. Conversations usually have objections, so remember to include small added scripts detailing different scenarios. Lesson plans for a minimum of 3 separate days. Over these 3 days you need to cover the phonetics of English, industry specific vocabulary and script work. You have the option of one lesson plan per day or designing multiple lesson plans per day to cover what you are doing for the that day.
