Organizational performance is very important where the actual outputs of the organization is compared with intended outputs for knowing the performance. In order to make sure that the organizational performance is properly used, the company should focus on organizational performance management. A leader should always focus on the individual performance and that will in turn bring up the performance of the organization. If we focus on only on the organization or group, there are few members where their performance cannot be tracked. A leader should always focus on the individual performance and that will definitely bring the organization performance. As per the performance aspects, the leader should verify that their goals are being reached and how they are responding to the problems and what is their problem-solving skills and other aspects like communication skills and team working skills should also be measured (Shanker et al., 2017).

The main reason for innovation is the globalization, market opportunities, changes in laws and regulations and change in technologies. There is also positive innovation strategies, change in organizational cultures and available knowledge and resources. Product innovation focus on the improvement of product features or bringing an upgraded product (Cozzarin, 2017). For example: If we take an Apple iPhone and there is release of new features every years with new model and that is product innovation. Process innovation means improvement of process for developing a product or completing a work by decreasing the number of steps or by decreasing the labor and time (Cozzarin, 2017). For example: if there is a manufacturing manual process and a machine is added to the process then the time of the manufacturing decreases and money spent on production is also decreased.

Reflection on organizational performance

 

 The actual outcome measured from an organization is Organizational performance. It is measured as to how well an organization has performed and what the results are based on their performances. An organization’s or company’s performance is based on how the work is being done. Personally, I look out towards an organization’s performance is how the employee’s dedication towards the work, as a company gains name and fame by the workers who actually work on practical rather than giving directions. From my aspect, an organization’s performance gives good competition to the market: more production, more employees, hence better performance. Good leadership is a good sign of healthy work. I think a leader is a teacher who guides the team on the right track with smart work in less time. I believe in teamwork and leadership. For a large scale performance, it is not easy to work as an individual; or one cannot handle the full workload. Distribution of the workload makes the work done on time. Hence time management is done. Teamwork means trust. For better performance, punctuality is a must. My view towards the performance of any work is an interest in the work. Without enjoying the work, it would not be a good work. The performance of an organization depends on the quality of work delivered; the priorities should be known, which work has to be done earlier or more importance should be given; perfection is important; profit margin should be maintained. Strategic planning is required, and for this, a good leader is much required to lead a good path. Productivity motivates the workers in the workplace to work more dedicatedly (McKeen & Smith, 2015).  My review towards organizational performance is, better performance better the organization both for growth and competition.

 

Study on the innovation types product and process

 

Innovation means a new idea, new thoughts, or fusion of something really exciting. Recreation of tradition things always excites me, as they preserve or sometimes replace the good or bad damages and recreates them into new stuff. Like, the colouring of the house or changing the décor of the house makes me feel happier and excited. Product innovation is the same. Recreation or improved version of previous products is named product innovation (Shet, Patil &Chandawarkar, 2019). And, the magic or the improvement seen in the product is named process innovation, that is hidden, but it costs. Sometimes spending money on things around me makes me feel better and good.  Significant changes in techniques or equipment, or software which are unseen changes, but makes the system efficient and worthy: process innovation, like example: electric vehicle. It is similar to a normal vehicle, but it has a battery system, charging has to be done regularly. GPS in cars:  cannot be seen, but the process is really helpful. I am really bad at remembering roads. Without GPS, I will be lost. The innovation cycle can never end. There is no expiring for innovation, as this is the modern era; more advancement is on the way (Zollo, Laudano, Boccardi&Ciappei, 2019).
