Compare and contrast two primary research studies (published within previous 5-10 years) that support the best practice implementation strategies for the CLINICAL PROJECT Question (See below).

CLINICAL PROJECT QUESTION.

During discharge of non-English speaking Patients (P) from women services unit in a hospital, what effect does have an in person certified medical interpreter during discharge teaching (I) have on the rate of readmission due to complication (O), compared to over the phone translations with a certified medical interpreter (C)

In non-English speaking patients being discharged from a women services unit after a cesarean section , does having a scheduled in person interpreter during discharge teaching lead to better understanding of post cesarean section care and reduce risk or readmission due to infection comparedto over the phone interpretations during discharge services.
