NAYA Discussion:
Student organization were created to help students to adapt during their time at a 2 or 4 year institution. Each student organizations have different guidelines and regulations they must follow in order to remain active on campus. "Groups must agree to comply at all times with any and all relevant University policies, procedures, rules, regulations and guidelines. Since the views and activities of student organizations are not necessarily reflective of the University, all organizations are expected to include in all publications issued (newsletters, brochures, pamphlets, etc.), except those specifically approved, an appropriate disclaimer. For example, an appropriate disclaimer would read: “The views expressed in this publication do not necessarily reflect those of the administration, faculty or student body of Georgetown University unless specifically stated (studentaffairs.georgetown.edu,2019)." The student organizations must follow before the values the institution is founded on. For example, Georgetown university is a catholic University. They pride themselves on jesuit values. Each organization has to keep a Jesuits mindset when creating a student organization.

Michele Discussion:
Lesley University is a private institution and their Student Organization policy follows their mission statement. Under Membership Criteria it states that student organizations must be open to all registered Lesley University students. It also states that there cannot be any discrimination and they go on to list specifics such as race, ethnicity, and any other identified per the university’s Discrimination and Harassment Policy (Student Organizations, 2019).
Lesley University has an activity fee that every student must pay. This fee supports student organizations, social events, counseling, testing, student media, career services, facilities, shuttle, and other services in the Fall and Spring semesters. There is a glossary on their web site that explains the fee structure (Glossary of Fees, 2019).
Even though Lesley University is a private institution they follow the same bases of a public institution. Lesley University wants student involvement and believe that through student organizations and volunteer opportunities students will build a strong community and gain leadership skills.

The training requirements analysis purposes of finding compulsory and recommended training and induction needs in ensuring legislative compliance and proficiency of students before undertaking their responsibilities in various organizations’ positions.
Every member of the group must have a good functioning knowledge of relevant legislative outline in effect in his territory or state (Strayhorn, 2018). The outline involves Regulations, acts, and the codes and guidelines of practice. The organization is bound to complying with requirements enacted in regulations (Strayhorn, 2018). Regulations are written in the legal format and can be difficult in understanding if one does not have a legal foundation. The guidelines and code of practice interpret the regulations and are important to team leaders of Musco Group of Colleges.
