How can you most effectively maximize transfer of training?
How will your training session incorporate the design theories discussed in the textbook on pp. 173-180?
Remember, your focus in this assignment is to design the training objectives and consider the training environment without worrying too much about specific training methods. Save your detailed training plan for NEXT module.
