Unit 2 Discussion

Initial Response: The initial discussion response is to be 250-300 words. Please proofread your response carefully for grammar and spelling. All responses need to be supported by a minimum of one scholarly resource (peer reviewed journal). In-text citations and references must adhere to APA format (6th ed.). Classroom Participation: Students are expected to initially address the discussion question by Wednesday of each week. Participation in the discussion forums is expected on at least 2 different days per week, in addition to your initial response. Classroom participation and contribution must be substantive, adding value to the discussion topic for the week. Participation postings need to be supported by scholarly sources.

You are taking care of a 37 year old male with Crohn’s disease. This is a new diagnosis for him, after months of weight loss, fever, and diarrhea. Considering this please address the following prompts in your discussion:
